Along with being the home of NASCAR, it is also adjacent to Lowe's Motor Speedway .  Close proximity to Charlotte and Lake Norman, North Carolina's largest lake.  Only 45 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport with access to Lake Norman Airpark and Statesville Regional Airport.  You may visit 14 state parks within a 45 mile drive. It is the location of the the historic Mitchell community College.  With all the growth the Mooresville area has maintained one of the highest school scores.  Making it an even more appealing Community.
